Copyright  

All copyright and intellectual property rights to the design work created by Tahadi Design will remain with Tahadi Design unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

 

Revisions  

Tahadi Design will provide a reasonable number of revisions to the client before final delivery of the project. Any additional revisions beyond the agreed-upon amount may result in additional fees.

 

Delivery  

Tahadi Design will deliver the final design work to the client in the agreed-upon format and within the agreed-upon timeframe.

 

Payment  

The client agrees to pay Tahadi Design the remaining balance upon completion of the project and delivery of the final design work.

 

Termination  

Either party may terminate the project at any time by providing written notice to the other party. In the event of termination, the client will be responsible for any work completed up until that point.
